PJ Stangl

PJ brings three years of dedication to Code Four, initially joining as the Director of Print Production, PJ has since risen to his current role as the Vice President of Operations, where he thrives on finding creative and efficient ways to help the team bring clients' visions to life. His collaborative approach and passion for bringing clients dreams to life make him an integral part of Code Four’s success.

Outside of work, PJ’s life is centered around his family, sports, and community. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four year old son, and his love for sports is a constant source of energy and excitement. In addition to his role at Code Four, PJ is also a part-time pastor, mentoring college students and young adults through teaching and guidance.

PJ has a keen eye for sneakers and collects Nike shoes. He also has a creative side, expressed through his love for Legos, often building intricate sets you can find on display in his office.

Among PJ’s many accomplishments, he is most proud of the relationships he has cultivated throughout his career. Helping colleagues grow and develop into the best versions of themselves is a legacy he continues to build, reflecting his commitment to both personal and professional growth.
